Please complete your purchase before this date to ensure your parcels are dispatched prior to the holiday.
• Warehouse Closure Period: From June 19 to June 21, 2026
All warehouse operations including order packing, shipping and returns processing will be suspended during these three days.
• Normal Operations Resume: June 22, 2026
We will fully resume all work and start processing backlogged orders one by one.
What This Means for Your Orders:
• Orders placed on or before will be shipped normally as scheduled.
• Orders placed between June 19 and June 21 will be safely held in our system and processed immediately once we return on June 22.
• Please note that shipping carriers may also face temporary delays during the holiday peak season. We highly appreciate your understanding and patience if your delivery takes a little longer than usual.
What If You Place Your Order Between June 19 and June 21?
During the holiday, order handling and physical delivery will be paused.
Priority Processing: Your order will be marked as priority. We will arrange production, packing and shipment for these orders first after we resume work on June 22.
