Shipping Service

VOYEEGO ships orders(small and medium sized) by international express, such as Fedex, UPS, DHL, tax free shipment, and etc. It's shipped by LHT or SF(Chinese domestic express) If you have any shipping agent in China. For mass order, please contact VOYEEGO at voyeego@gmail.com, orders will be shipped according to your requirements.

Shipping Time

Shipment time for small orders is within 15 business days after payment. And tax free shipment is longer to arrived at hands within 15-30 business days after tracking updated normally. There are different shipping time options(Standard: 15-30 working days of shipping normally; Expedited: 4-10 working days of shipping normaaly). The estimated shipping date is shown when you place the order at store. If you order includes several products together, they will be shipped together and the estimated shipping time will depend on the products that will take the longest. If you want to get the products in different package, please order separately. 

Shipping Fee

There are a few shipping time options in different fee. You can choose the one you need. The cost of shipping will be displayed at the page of checkout before orders are paid. Please know that remote area will have the extra cost for shipping. Shipping methods of expedited is non-tax-free, therefore, you will need to pay to do customs clearance as your local customs required. The fee depends on your local clearance customs. You will get message and need to pay before order shipment. If you are not sure whether your address is remote area, please provide shipping address at voyeego@gmail.com. 

Shipping Notice

When you place order, please make sure your shipping information is right. The order address must be the same as payment address, otherwise the package will not be shipped after payment. Make sure to send your car interior pictures for us to double check compatibility before shipment. Any problem encounter, please contact VOYEEGO support team. VOYEEGO assumes no responsibility for delayed or rejected orders due to the following reasons: Shipping time may be longer to some remote areas, or under the situation of force majeure. If you change shipping information after shipment, it will influence the shipping time. Please contact us to arrange your orders if any changes. The package cannot be delivered during national festivals, weekends, holidays.  

Order and Tracking

If you place the orders and paid, you will get order tracking information in the order within 7 business days(for the products in stock). If the products are not available unexpectedly, we will inform you then you will know. You can track the order in our order tracking page. If you need tracking information in email, please contact us to update.

Order Modification

If you modify the order after payment, please contact us to double confirm shipment. If the package is already shipped out but not arrived, you will need to pay address delivery modification fee to the new address, or you can pay no extra cost and keep the previous address and get the package at the old address.

Inspection and sign

Please inspect the package upon delivery and do not sign or open the package if you found it's damaged or deformed. Once you sign for the item, it's considered your acceptance of the order. If you get damaged or missed item, please shoot a complete unbox video and contact our support team within 24 hours so that you will get fastest solution to protect your rights.
