China’s National Day holiday is right around the corner! We’re writing this post to let you know our holiday schedule, order processing timeline and support availability, so you can plan your car upgrade purchases without any unexpected shipping hiccups.
Our Holiday Break
Our warehouse and back-office teams will be offline for the National Day holiday:
October 1 – October 6
During this period, we won’t pack, process or dispatch any packages. All warehouse operations will restart fully on October 7.
Order Shipping Timeline
✅ Orders confirmed & fully paid on or before September 28
We will prioritize packing and ship these parcels before the holiday. Please note: While we will do our best to ship out on time, final dispatch relies on stock availability and courier pickup schedules. If you have a tight deadline for your auto parts, place your order sooner rather than later.
⏳ Orders placed or paid starting September 29
These orders will be put on hold over the holiday. Once our team is back on October 7, we will process, pack and ship them in the order they were received. No warehouse work will be done during the holiday closure.
Quick heads-up: Any orders submitted after Sep 28 will not be shipped before the break. Keep this timeline in mind for your vehicle modification projects.
Customer Support Over the Holiday
Our warehouse will be closed, but our online support team is still here for you throughout the holiday! If you have urgent questions about part fitment, order tracking, product questions or after-sales issues, drop us a message. We will reply as soon as possible. For non-urgent inquiries, please expect slower response times since our team is operating with limited staffing during the holiday.
Shop Early Tip
If you’re shopping for car ambient lights, digital dashboards and other upgrade accessories and need your items shipped before the holiday, complete your order and payment no later than September 28. This gives us enough time to prepare your goods, pack securely and hand over to the courier.
