Consequently, our warehouse, logistics partners, and customer service team will be observing an extended break to allow our staff to enjoy this important festival with their loved ones.

Key Dates for Your Planning:

• Last Order Date for Pre-Holiday Shipping: February 7, 2026

To ensure your parcel is dispatched before the holiday, please complete your purchase by this date.

• Warehouse Closure Period: From February 5 to February 7, 2026

All operations (packing, shipping, and returns processing) will be paused during this time.

• Normal Operations Resume: February 25, 2026

We will return to full operational capacity and begin processing all backlogged orders in sequence.

What This Means for Your Orders:

• Orders placed on or before February 7 will be shipped out as usual.

• Orders placed between February 8 and February 24 will be securely held and processed immediately upon our return on February 25.

• Shipping carriers may also experience delays during this peak season. We appreciate your patience if delivery times are extended.

During this period, order processing and physical shipping will be paused.
