The traditional Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival, a festival for family reunions, is approaching. To help you plan your purchases and projects in advance and avoid shipping delays caused by the holiday, we are publishing full details about our warehouse operation and customer service arrangements.
Holiday Period
September 25th – September 27th
Our warehouse team will be on leave during these three days. No packing, dispatch or shipment will be processed. Warehouse operations will resume on September 28th.
Order Cut-off & Shipping Rules
✅ Normally, orders placed and paid on or before September 23rd can be packed and shipped before the holiday.
Note: The word "normally" means shipment before the holiday cannot be 100% guaranteed, subject to stock availability, product preparation and courier pickup schedules. If you have an urgent delivery deadline, please place your order as early as possible.
❌ Orders placed after September 23rd
All such orders will be postponed. Starting from September 28th when we return to work, we will arrange packing and delivery sequentially according to the order submission time. The warehouse will not process these orders during the holiday.
⚠️ Important Reminder: Orders made on September 24th cannot be shipped before the holiday. They will be queued together with other post-holiday orders. Please keep this timeline in mind for your project planning.
Customer Support During the Holiday
While the warehouse is closed, our online customer service remains available throughout the Mid-Autumn break. If you have urgent enquiries about product selection, vehicle compatibility, order tracking or after-sales issues, feel free to send us messages. We will reply to you as soon as possible.
Purchasing Recommendation
If you plan to buy car ambient lights, digital cluster,screen and other modification parts and require shipment before the Mid-Autumn holiday, please complete your order and payment on or before September 23rd, to leave sufficient time for stock preparation, packing and courier collection.
