The year 2024 means a lot for us all in VOYEEGO family. It was back in 2019 when we’ve started overseas selling on car ambient lighting kit. Since then we’ve working hard to create amount of new resources, including videos, blogs, pictures of the whole kits, all aimed at provided useful and anticipated information. All in all, 2024 has witnessed our remarkable progress with support from you, our valued VOYEEGO products users. We are deeply grateful to each of you, as well as our entire team for their year-long dedication. It’s every members in the team who makes VOYEEGO go forward. Now, Let’s take a look at what we’ve accomplished this year through the following list.

 

 1. Product Support(Car Ambient Lighting)：

① 30,000,000 pieces has been sold(Approximately).

② Over 1500 different specific car ambient lighting kits are provided.

③ 300 new arrivals has been added. This year, we’ve invested more than $200,000 in new mold development. Not only have we customized special aftermarket car ambient lighting kit for customers from various countries, but we’ve also collaborated on before market car ambient lighting projects with partners from the Middle East countries, the United States, Malaysia and so on. Our hardware and software teams flew to many cities to collect the data from different local car original system as well as OEM trim molds. As a result, many new panel ambient kits for different cars has been developed. For example, some right hand drive models has been produced and so have new ambient lighting kits with diverse patterns for BMW, Audi, Tesla, Nissan, Honda, Toyota, VW, Cadillac, etc.

④ User-friendly functions are incorporated. For instance, some kits feature a warning system where the ambient lighting blinks when the door opens or car’s turn signal is activated. Voice control options in different languages can also be added .

 

 2. New Upgrades in 2024 for Hot Sale Carplay Touch Screen for BBAL(BMW/Benz Mercedes/Audi/Lexus):

① New Chipset: Qual comm 680 chip. It’s the top specification options for aftermarket android screen used in BMW, Benz Mercedes, Audi and Lexus vehicles now. Boasting a faster operation speed and and premium performance, it delivers a much smoother user experience.

② New screen: The long screen designed for Mercedes E-class W213. It is compatible with both the OEM digital cluster version and original mechanical instrument cluster version.

 

 3. VOYEEGO Service Support：

①The official website was launched in July, showing pictures of kit accessories, after installation details, tips on car interior ambient lighting and Carplay screen installation and the usage, long-term cooperation solutions, etc.

② Our social media official accounts have been sharing more useful and interesting pictures and videos related to vehicle electronics. This includes images of car interiors after installing ambient car interior lighting, user manuals for Carplay touch screens, and instructions on controlling interior ambient lighting via VOYEEGO app. And thankfully, we’ve connected many friends in love with cars. @voyeego now has 3,747 followers on Instagram, 2,400 on Facebook, 910 subscribers on YouTube, 46 on Pinterest, 45 on LinkedIn and 114 on TikTok.

③ We offer custom pictures and videos branded with customers’ logos for free. This solutions enable our partners to showcase their products to their customers quickly.

④ Our English-speaking after-sales engineers provides professional solutions and quick responses online. They can promptly send installation instructions files to buyers by instant messaging apps like Whatsapp. Additionally, they are able to do video or voice calls to offer real-time assistance when the online guidance service is scheduled.

⑤ During the mid-year period, we hosted Live-streaming sessions with online chatting for at least two hours every four days. Customers engaged with us directly in the live-streaming room, sharing their preferences for car ambient lighting types and watching the installation process of many different cars as well as production procedures.

② Friends visited our factories in Shenzhen. They came to observe the whole production process up close. Through face to face discussion, we were able to explore new ideas and formulate specific plans more efficiently.

③ VOYEEGO team visited our partners in UAE, Thailand, Malaysia, etc. During these visits, we gathered valuable feedback from customers and gauged the market’s reaction to our new ambient lighting offerings.

④ We maintain daily online video/voice calls with our customers. We shared the latest news on the automotive aftermarket and the products trends periodically to keep them informed.

Renovate more strips type to trim type automotive interior ambient lighting.

Upgrade more old style trim kits to dynamic rainbow trim version.

A new version of trim crystal carbon patterns is under development. This represents a highly challenging production technology within the industry.

Interior ambient light kit and Carplay touch screen combination. The ambient control app integrated into the VOYEEGO android screen will enable screen control car interior lights upgrade.
